1. Introduction
Welcome to Al Waasi Trading. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to the sale, purchase, and export of vehicles in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Business Scope
1- We deal in new and used vehicles, including local and export sales.
2- All vehicles are subject to availability.
3- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Vehicle Information & Condition
1- We strive to provide accurate details about each vehicle (model, year, mileage, specs).
2- Used vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.
3- Minor scratches, wear, or previous repairs may exist and are considered normal.
*Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before purchase.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
1- Prices may change without prior notice.
2- Payment methods may include:
*Bank transfer
*Cash
*Approved financing (if applicable)
3- Full payment must be cleared before vehicle delivery or transfer of ownership.
5. Booking & Deposits
1- A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle.
2- Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3- Vehicles will not be held without a confirmed deposit.
6. Ownership Transfer & Registration
1- Vehicle ownership will only be transferred after full payment is received.
2- Transfer and registration will be processed as per UAE RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) regulations.
3- All registration, insurance, and transfer fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty & Liability
1- Used vehicles may or may not include warranty (as specified).
2- No warranty is provided unless clearly mentioned in writing.
3- We are not liable for any mechanical faults after delivery unless covered under warranty.
8. Test Drive Policy
Test drives are subject to:
1- Valid driving license
2- Signing of liability form
3- Any fines, damages, or violations during test drive are the responsibility of the driver.
9. Governing Law
1- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
